The 校董会 is authorized to accept gifts — including but not limited to cash, stocks or shares, real property, equipment, works of art, and other tangible items of value — in the name 的 district, provided that such gifts are appropriate to the district's mission and would not create a conflict of interest. 赠予大学的礼物与赠予澳门威尼斯人app大学基金会的礼物要分开保管。 赠与人的意愿决定赠与的所有权。

董事会还授予校长和校长接受礼物的权力。 Such gifts become property of 澳门威尼斯人app大学, to be used or disposed of at the board’s discretion, in keeping with any terms or conditions attached to the gifts.

在一个财政年度内，来自同一捐赠者的超过25万美元的所有资金和实物捐赠，将代表澳门威尼斯人app学院第六区，其校园和地区运营，提交给澳门威尼斯人app学院地区董事会批准。

一份“要约捐献”的年度报告将于10月提交给保管委员会。 这份报告也将包括基金会所提供的奖学金信息。
