澳门威尼斯人app大学 recognizes its responsibility to investigate, resolve, implement of corrective measures, and monitor the educational environment and workplace to stop, remediate, and prevent sexual harassment as required by 第九条 的 Educational Amendments of 1972, the Violence Against Women Reauthorization Act, and Washington State’s Law Against Discrimination, Chapter 49.60 RCW, and their implementing regulations.

Consistent with the U.S. Department of Education’s regulations under 第九条 的 Education Amendments of 1972 (“第九条”) (see 34 C.F.R. § 106 et seq.), the 澳门威尼斯人app大学 prohibits Sexual Harassment that occurs within its education programs and activities. For purposes of this policy, Sexual Harassment includes Quid Pro Quo Sexual Harassment, Hostile Environment Sexual Harassment, Sexual Assault, Sexual Violence, Domestic Violence, Dating Violence, and Stalking as defined in 34 C.F.R. § 106.30

This policy applies only to Sexual Harassment that is actionable under federal rules adopted to implement 第九条 and are subject to the jurisdictional limits and definitions 的 College’s 程序283 -第九章申诉程序.
