  3. 校园移民执法
    1. 澳门威尼斯人app大学 does not grant permission for any person engaged, or intending to engage, in immigration enforcement, including surveillance, access to locations that are not open to the public, including offices 和 classrooms 澳门威尼斯人app大学 staff shall direct anyone engaging, or intending to engage, in immigration enforcement, including federal immigration authorities with official business that must be conducted on school grounds, to the Seattle District Colleges Chancellor, 学院院长或指定院长。 澳门威尼斯人app大学的工作人员应假定联邦移民当局的活动，包括监视，构成移民执法。

      2. Staff shall request that any person desiring to communicate with a student, enter locations that are not open to the public, or conduct an arrest first produce a valid court order or judicial warrant.
      3. Seattle District Colleges Chancellor, College President or Designee shall review the court order or judicial warrant for signature by a judge 和 validity in consultation with legal counsel. For 澳门威尼斯人app大学 to consider it valid, any court order or judicial warrant must state the purpose 的 enforcement activity, identify the specific search location, name the specific person to whom access must be granted, including the current date, 和 be signed by a judge.
      4. Seattle District Colleges Chancellor, College President, or Designee shall review written authority signed by an appropriate level director of an officer’s agency that permits them to enter 澳门威尼斯人app大学 property for a specific purpose. If no written authority exists, Seattle District Colleges Chancellor, College President or Designee shall contact the appropriate level director for the officer’s agency to confirm permission has been granted to enter 澳门威尼斯人app大学 property for the specific purpose identified.
      5. Upon receipt 和 examination 的 required information, the Seattle District Colleges Chancellor, College President, or Designee will determine whether access shall be allowed to contact or question the identified individual 和 shall communicate that decision to the Director of 澳门威尼斯人app or Designee.
      6. If the requestor is seeking access or information regarding a student under 18 years old, the Seattle District Colleges Chancellor, College President, or Designee shall make a reasonable effort, to the extent allowed by FERPA, to notify the parent/guardian of any immigration enforcement concerning their student, including contact or interview.

    3. If 澳门威尼斯人app大学 is required to collect 和 provide information related to a student’s national origin (e.g., information regarding a student’s birthplace, or date of first enrollment in a U.S. school) to satisfy certain federal reporting requirements for special programs, prior to collecting any such information or reporting it, 澳门威尼斯人app大学 shall (except with respect to reporting requirements necessary for compliance with the Student 和 Exchange Visitor Program):

When 澳门威尼斯人app大学 reviews information related to immigration status in order to make residency determinations, the residency officer’s written confirmation that a student meets any applicable immigration status requirement shall be considered sufficient written evidence that a student meets the requirements of RCW 28B.15.012. All other documents used to prove student or other individual immigration status, aside from those independently required by law to be kept, shall be designated as transitory 和 disposed of in accordance with the 澳门威尼斯人app大学 records retention policy. Any 澳门威尼斯人app大学 staff maintaining said information in any other way shall report their retention procedure 和 basis to Seattle District Colleges Chancellor, College President or Designee prior to collecting the information.

Except as required by law, 澳门威尼斯人app大学 staff shall not share, provide, or disclose personal information about any person for immigration enforcement purposes without a court order or judicial warrant requiring the information’s disclosure or approval by Seattle District Colleges Chancellor, College President or Designee. Requests by federal immigration authorities shall be presumed to be for immigration enforcement purposes.

“敏感位置” refers to the 2011 U.S. Immigration 和 Customs Enforcement (ICE) 和 2013 Customs 和 Border Enforcement (CBP) policies which categorize certain locations as sensitive locations that should generally be avoided for immigration enforcement purposes. 因此，“敏感地点”包括保健设施、礼拜场所和学校。
