In January 的 year following any year in which a minimum of sixty (60) days of sick leave is accrued, any eligible employee upon written request, may receive remuneration for unused sick leave accumulated in the previous year at a rate equal to one day's current monetary compensation 的 employee for each four days of accrued sick leave in excess of sixty (60) days. At the time of retirement from state service or at death, an eligible employee shall receive remuneration at a rate equal to one day's current monetary compensation 的 employee for each four full days of accrued sick leave.

Sick leave for which compensation has been received shall be deducted from accrued sick leave at the rate of four days for every one day's pay.

  • 累计请病假或带薪病假,按每月1天(12天/年)的标准先行扣除。
  • 60天的最低应计金额必须以每月不超过一天的速度累积。
  • 由于规定的最高累积(即180天)而损失的天数将首先以每月超过一天的比率从累积的天数中扣除。
  • 前一年累计病假天数为病假天数/小时的差额
  • 在确定病假累积时,整个日历年都是如此。
