目的: To comply with Executive Order 01-03 (establishing a strong telecommute and
flexible work hours program to help reduce traffic congestion and improve quality of life)

Seattle College District supports telecommuting and encourages the practice when it does not
detract from the efficient and effective delivery of services to the colleges. The District
recognizes the benefits of telecommuting, which includes increased productivity and morale,
decreased traffic congestion, energy use, and parking problems. College and/or District
administration will be responsible for the approval of all telecommuting agreements with
individual employees. Requests to telecommute as a disability accommodation are handled
separately through the disability accommodation process.
