Seattle College district shall implement and collect student fees and charges in accordance with the requirements and provisions 的 Washington State Community College Act of 1967, as amended (RCW 28B.15)和RCW 43.135.55（倡议960）。

Resolution -
Now be it hereby resolved that pursuant to RCW 28B.50.140(14) and RCW 28B.10.528, the 校董会 of SCD VI does hereby delegate to the District Chancellor its authority pursuant to RCW 28B.15.100, and RCW 28B.15.067, and RCW 28B.15.069 to implement and collect fees from applicable students registering or enrolling at the District's institutions.
