The district procedures regarding student complaints are generally set forth in Title 132F 的 Washington Administrative Code (WAC), chapter 132F-121 WAC “Student Activities, Rights and Discipline”.

WAC 132F-121-060, “Student complaints generally”, covers when the procedures should be used, what constitutes a “complaint”, the responsibilities 的 college complaints officer, protection against retaliation, and other administrative provisions.
