470.10合同期限

地区可以延长行政雇员的合同，期限为一个财政年度。 与具有高级副校长、副校长/校长头衔的个人签订的合同最长可达两年。 但是，一个财政年度以下的合同可以由任命机关延长给任何行政雇员。 如果个人合同的任何条款和条件与这些程序相冲突，则以这些程序为准，除了副校长合同，个人合同应优先考虑。

470.20职位描述

The appointing authority may change the content 的 administrator's job description and/or his/her job duties at any time. 经三十（30）天的书面通知，聘任机构可以调整工资，以反映工作描述/职责的变化。

470.30行政雇佣合同

  • 470.30.1 内容

    An administrative employment contract will contain at least the following: the name 的 administrator, the approved title for the position, the beginning and ending dates 的 contract, the salary, and the position's salary range.

  • 470.30.2 合同副本

    签署后的合同副本应交给管理员、任职者和区人力资源办公室。

470.40合同续订

每年7月1日之前，由任命机关以7月1日为期限续签行政聘用合同。

470.60合同关系的破坏

行政用工合同经劳动者和用人单位同意，可以随时解除。 也可由指定机关在合同终了日前按照本程序终止合同。
