476.10其他免予休假

根据任命当局的酌情决定,豁免雇员可获准予下列任何类型的无薪假期或476.30所述的带薪军事假期:

  • 476.10.1 政府服务假期 — Leaves of absence may be granted to exempt employee for military purposes and for service in such federally sponsored organizations as the Peace Corps and VISTA. 如果休假的人表示希望在服务结束后90天内返回该机构,他/她将继续获得定期福利。
  • 476.10.2 育婴假 — Exempt employees may take a parental leave for up to one year and return to their positions under the same uniform terms and conditions as any other employee, consistent with the SCD POLICY on leaves of absence. 免休产假的员工应提前一个季度将休产假的意向和预计返回工作岗位的时间通知主管。
  • 476.10.3 事假 — The appointing authority may grant a personal leave of absence without pay for up to one year to an exempt employee for sufficient reason.

请病假

无薪休假的员工可自行支付每月全额保费,继续享受福利计划。 雇主供款不得用于无薪休假的个人。

476.30军假

任何符合RCW 38.40.060规定的豁免员工,应获得RCW规定的所有适用权利,包括从每年10月1日起至次年9月30日止的21天的工资延续、假期累计和其他福利。
