605.10定义（用于收费）

  • 605.10.1 Resident Student
    The term “resident student” as defined in RCW 28B.15.012-014 shall mean a student who has had a domicile in the state of Washington for period of one year immediately prior to the time of commencement 的 first day 的 quarter for which the student is registered
  • 605.10.2 Non-Resident Student
    The term “non-resident student” shall mean any student who does not qualify as a resident student under the provisions of RCW 28B.15.011 through 28B.15.014.
  • 605.10.3 Full-Time Student
    A “full-time student” is defined as (1) enrolled in 12 or more credit hours per quarter in programs which earn credit hours or college units, or (2) enrolled in programs or courses not structured in credit hours or units where the credit hour equivalents (per SBCTC formula) total 12 or more.
  • 605.10.4 Part-Time Student
    A “part-time student” is defined as (1) enrolled in less than 12 credit hours per quarter in programs which earn credit hours or college units, or (2) enrolled in programs or courses not structured in credit hours or units where the credit hour equivalents (per SBCTC formula) total less than 12 units.
  • 605.10.5 Intensive English Institute
    College preparatory English classes for international students whose primary language is not English.
  • 605.10.6 Tuition
    The general fee charged to all students and composed of three major categories: (1) Building Fee, (2) Operating Fee, and (3) Service and Activities Fee. 此外，还可能收取监管、实验室、测试和其他杂费。 这些费用的定义如下。
    1. Building Fee

  • 605.10.9 Concurrent Enrollment
    学生 may enroll concurrently at more than one community college district and pay no more tuition and fees than if the student were enrolled at a single college, if the colleges involved have a specific agreement allowing interdistrict registrations (see WAC 131-12-041). Interdistrict enrollments are intended to accommodate students when courses will not be offered in a manner that will enable the timely completion 的 students’ program of study.
  • 605.10.10 Apprentice Training
    “Apprentice Training” refers to courses taken by a student apprentice who is registered with the Washington State Apprentice Council and under the supervision 的 local joint apprenticeship council. WAC 131.28.016 (4) (c)
  • 605.10.11 继续教育 - Self Support
    “继续教育 - Self Support” refers to non-credit courses to meet the vocational, cultural, and recreational needs 的 community. 课程费用是根据课程的运营成本计算的。

605.20季度学费表

605.30退款

Fees (except those which are non-refundable) will be refunded if complete or partial withdrawal from classes is accomplished within the first twenty (20) calendar days of instruction 的 regular college quarter following the beginning day 的 quarter. 学生必须申请退款。

  • 605.30.4 Dismissal for Disciplinary Reasons
    No refund will be given a student who is dismissed from the District for disciplinary reasons or who fails to follow official withdrawal procedures.
  • 605.30.5 Classes Not Following Regular College Quarter Calendar
    Refunds for summer quarter, or other short courses/programs that do not follow the regular college calendar, will be applied to the shortened schedule.
  • 605.30.6 Laboratory Fees
    Lab fees are based upon consumption of supplies and materials, e.g., computer lab fees. 对于那些可退还的学生，这些费用将与学费一样退还。
  • 605.30.7 Parking Fees
    Parking fees will be refunded only in the case of 100% withdrawal from the College, in which case the fees will be refunded on the same basis as tuition.
